On Monday March 15, 365 days since the first lockdown, we are hosting an interactive online event in partnership with AVEX with intriguing table guests to inspire the business market to make real genuine connections: UNMUTE! During the three sessions, various current topics will be address with clients and partners. It is also a call to abandon digitalization, the cold connection, in exchange for warm, sincere connection in a better suited setting.
On this page you will find more information about the various sessions, table guests and other information. Do you have any question or comment? Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You & the company
(NL session)14:30-15:15 uur
Focus on personal impact, the heartfelt stories of professionals about how they deal with powerlessness, routines, connection and division. What works and what doesn’t work? And do large companies take better care of their employees than SMEs? Or does it only seem that way? Is there still heart for the company?
Digital vs. Live
Has digitization weakened our social relationships? Are we more productive since working from home or are we missing real connection? A session about how the value of meeting each other live has developed and how we deal with it.
What are we taking to 20201? What have we learned from and which developments have positively changed business operations and will we retain? What was the impact on target groups and revenue models? How do we deal with the resulting economic imbalance? What optimism will we see in 2021 and beyond?
We add new table guests to this page every day!

“In 1 year my life was completely overturned, this has given me the chance to look at the things that can be done. This anchor point, March 15, 2020, marks this overturn. It’s cool to talk to other entrepreneurs who have experienced this in the same way”.
Account Manager M&E, the Netherlands & Luxembourg at Radisson Hotel Group
“I’m delighted to participate UNMUTE, getting to learn how other industries have coped during this pandemic. Hearing from other colleagues / clients from other industries and looking at how we can all move forward in the coming 365 days”.

Sales Manager at LG Electronics Netherlands

Manager Klantsupport at ICM opleidingen & trainingen
“It was a particularly educational year for all of us. And let’s face it, at ICM training & education, that’s exactly what we’re about. The solidified has become liquid. A period of uncertainty and tension, but also of hope and improvement. Let’s talk to each other about what we want to leave behind and reinforce what we want to hold on to!”.
It is time to UNMUTE
“A positive sound in a ‘muted’ society. We noticed that already organized talk shows and livestreams were mainly focused on the event industry with big fairs and festivals. We know that there is more, that there are challenges but also huge opportunities. We have seen and admired innovation; we would like to share that with you.
We want to hear how the corporates are dealing with the restrictions, how trainers are changing curriculums, how precisely the corporate market was overturned with 365 days of ‘lockdown’ and what their vision is for the years to come. That’s why we don’t bring the well-known names from our industry to the table, but instead choose for a glimpse of the coolest companies we work with. You also want to see what really happens behind closed doors, don’t you?”
With warm regards,
