Frequently asked questions
Here you will find the most frequently asked questions about your account and bookings.
You can register yourself via the registration form which you will find in the navigation bar at the top of our page under the account button, or click here to go there directly.
In addition, it is also possible to register with one of our Meeting Experts. The Meeting Experts can be reached via chat at the bottom right of the page, by telephone on 0800 – 250 60 60 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can adjust a booking under the menu item ‘My bookings’. Here you can adjust the arrangement by adding items or, for example, adjusting the times.
There are also a number of parts of the booking that cannot be adjusted in real time, for example the location of the booking or the number of people. To do this, you can request a change using the ‘change booking information’ button. You can request changes to the basic details of your booking using this form, after which the request will be sent to the Meeting Experts at Onemeeting.com.
Onemeeting.com ensures that your meeting takes place in a location that takes the RIVM measures into account. We are in close contact with locations about this and discuss with them how they apply the guidelines of the RIVM and how they ensure a safe and hygienic environment for you and your guests.
