Kontakt der Kontinenten is not just a conference hotel. The hotel consists of two very historic buildings, the former mission house Sint Jan and Klooster Cenakel. These buildings offer space for your (multi-day) business meeting, conference or event. The hotel is easily accessible and is less than 5 minutes from the A28. Parking is easy and free in the private car park.

Meeting rooms

The 25 meeting rooms are equipped with plenty of daylight and flexible, various setups. All rooms are equipped with a flipchart, beamer with sound amplification and screen.

Food and drinks

In the KonneKt restaurant, lounge and bar you and your guests can enjoy worldly hospitality and a great diversity of surprising dishes. The atmospheric, cosmopolitan ambiance and the view of the green surroundings stimulate the senses and the culinary delights from the kitchen ensure that you lack nothing. In addition, there are event tents in the garden in the spring, summer and autumn for a dinner, BBQ or snack break outside. This means that the weather is always nice and you can go outside to enjoy your meal in the fresh forest air.

Events and parties

Kontakt der Kontinenten offers extensive options for your company or staff party, party evening, anniversary party or outdoor activities. The former monastery has a banquet hall with a stylish winter garden and you and your guests can enjoy culinary surprises in the KonneKt restaurant, lounge and bar.

Activities

Due to its own forest area, the location is ideal for outdoor activities. You can combine the activities with your meeting. Would you like to have a meeting in the middle of the forest? Learning archery or herding sheep as a team building activity? The possibilities are endless!

Sustainable

This location in a green area is Green Key and EU ecolabel certified. During their stay or meeting, guests can opt for a sustainable overnight stay and compensate the CO2 emissions of their stay and meeting by skipping the cleaning. A new tree is planted for every time that is not cleaned (Hotels for Trees).

Accessibility and parking

Kontakt der Kontinenten is easily accessible and is less than 5 minutes from the A28 between Amersfoort and Utrecht. The on-site car park offers more than 275 free parking spaces. Are you traveling by public transport? A bus leaves four times an hour from Amersfoort NS station to Conference Hotel Kontakt der Kontinenten. The bus lines 56 and 34 take 9 to 11 minutes and stop right in front of the door, so easy!
