SMA (Sales Management Association) is an association for sales professionals. Its members are employed at all different kinds of organisations, including Delta Lloyd, KPN, Kärcher and Mercedes. SMA currently has approx. 2,000 members, who work at 250-300 companies in various industries.
One of the objectives of SMA is to host gatherings across the Netherlands, with the purpose of further raising quality standards of sales and further professionalisation of their line of work. SMA hosts approx. 80 to 90 gatherings each year, always revolving around a specific subject or theme in the sales expertise. These events are either knowledge sessions or network meetings, and all these gatherings do of course require venues where they can be hosted.

This enables us to offer our members professional events, which does of course include a personal welcome and an extensive F&B concept.
Having a single point of contact for all venues across the Netherlands is perhaps the major benefit. We just call our Meeting Experts whom we know, instead of having to talk to all individual venues ourselves. We are of course an association and therefore have a limited office staff. If we would have to arrange everything ourselves, it would take up so much time we wouldn’t get anything else done.
Another aspect that greatly pleases me is the flexibility, due to the many venues Onemeeting.com has to offer. There’s always space to change something or reschedule. Other parties used to just tell me ‘the order is already issued’, an answer that Onemeeting.com has never given me. They always manage to find a solution.
Our collaboration with Onemeeting.com helps us to serve our members optimally, and allows us to help them find a suitable venue if they host an event on their turn. This gives us yet another happy partner, because they found a great venue and Onemeeting.com saves them a lot of time as well.
Considering all these aspects and the sum of my positive experiences with Onemeeting.com, I surely recommend them to others, and those who regularly host meetings and events in particular.
