We were looking for a collaboration partner who could facilitate centrally located training venues across the Netherlands, with public transport stops nearby. The Meeting Experts always excel in finding the right venue to host our courses. Our learning material is always properly brought to and prepared at the venues, while all organisational aspects are arranged for too. Everything is available when the students come in, and we are being proactively informed of any materials left at the venue. These things unburden us, we don’t have to think about them at all.
Another great thing about the Meeting Experts is how they proactively think towards solutions with us. If we host a student in a wheelchair for instance, everything is arranged to accommodate that. The Onemeeting.com venues themselves are already properly accessible, so that’s being taken into account. In Utrecht we recently hosted a visually impaired student who brought a guide. This was also perfectly facilitated.
All aspects with regards to reservations and cancellations are also well cared for. We always consult one another, and if anything should go wrong, there’s instant follow-up and everything is solved excellently.
Having a collaboration agreement means there’s no fuss about individual agreements. All agreements are made for an entire year. We also have access to the online reservation system. This enables us to easily schedule events and update the number of attending students and/or other modifications, saving us a lot of time.
Having a single point of contact and the ability to take care of many aspects online, saves us a great deal of time. We can arrange anything we want, whenever we want. It’s always easy to e-mail, call or meet. The Meeting Experts have a proactive attitude, they are highly flexible and I never get a sense that I’m asking too much. This is a very pleasant collaboration and we are highly satisfied about the service we receive.
Our customer satisfaction survey also shows that our own courses receive exceptionally positive reviews, a 9.6/10 no less!
